Founded in 2003 by Chef Philippe Chevrier and Head Sommelier Thierry Jeantet, L’Épicerie-Cave was born from a shared passion for authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality. Today, these values live on through Fabien Mene, the new Director.

Fabien Mene, named Best Sommelier in Switzerland in 2021, is one of the few to hold the prestigious Master Sommelier title, awarded by the Court of Master Sommeliers. With an international career that spans Paris, London, New York, and Geneva, he brings his deep expertise in oenology, viticulture, and cellar management to our clients.
